Hey Game Changer!! I’m Coach Trev, whichever you prefer. I’m the Co-Owner of GCP. This business has been my vision since I was 16 years old, I’ve always been dreaming about how to make an incredible experience for health and fitness. My mind is always up in the clouds thinking about all the possibilities. If you see me in the gym, I’m usually finding a way to make something look nicer, improve a process or asking for feedback.
For my own fitness, I love moving heavy stuff. I enjoy being strong and challenging what strong is. Most likely if you work out in a class with me or get coached by me I’ll probably be encouraging you to lift just a little bit more!! Besides strength, I am obsessed with all things nutrition. I spend at least 3hrs a week reading or listening to something nutrition based. I’m always working on making our Process of Fat Loss the best in the industry.
I love having a good conversation about training, nutrition, sports, superheros, Disney or anything you got on your mind. I always have time to talk so please never hesitate to grab my attention!!
Hi there, co-founder of GCP here. My love of health and fitness began with competitive swimming and baseball in high school, however it wasn’t until my college years that I truly developed a desire for strength training. I aspire to help clients find their passion for health and fitness so they can achieve stunning results, because I treasure each and every member that joins our gym and the courage it takes to start a new journey. If you ever get me as a coach and you are low on energy that day don’t worry, I will bring it! My goal is to always make the sessions fun, get you laughing a little bit and you leave feeling like you just got an exceptional workout. For anyone who struggles with any aspect of health or fitness, I’ve been there. Athleticism never came easy for me growing up. I’ve had to work hard and CONSISTENTLY for years to be as strong as I am today. I can relate to many of the same struggles as our clients. However, because of that, I can also relate to how awesome it feels to be able to accomplish something you didn’t think you’d be able to do.
For the most part, I’m a fairly quiet person. (But watch out for my sarcasm too!) During classes, I normally walk around and observe to make sure everyone is performing the exercises properly and give feedback when necessary. I try to be as positive as I can to motivate and push you to do your best. I’ll be one of your best cheerleaders while you’re here!

Hi everyone! My name is Ashley and I have been a part of the GCP family for almost 3 years now. I started here as a client on my own weight loss journey. Over the last 3 years I have had my own major transformation, losing over 30 lbs, and learned so much about fitness and nutrition. I love the way exercise makes me feel, both mentally and physically. I am a strong believer that mindset is everything and I love motivating people to believe in and challenge themselves. Come take a class with me and I promise you will leave feeling a sense of accomplishment!
My passion is to help others and spread the love. After 12 years of working in the ER I learned how to help people in their emergencies. I decided I wanted to help them before they made it to the ER so I became a farmer to give everyone access to clean food. It still felt like something was missing, so I decided to become a personal trainer and brought everything I’ve learned this far together. Now I’m able to help people achieve their goals and create healthy habits. You don’t know how bad you feel until you feel good.
Hello, my name is Nick and I am so excited to get to know you and help you start your health and fitness journey. I love seeing people reach their goals and achieve new milestones, so I will always be encouraging you to challenge yourself in the gym. One of my mottos is “You get out what you put in”, so I push to give my best efforts in everything, and encourage you to do the same.
My love for fitness grew from my background in sports. I played soccer and baseball for almost my whole life. This grew into a passion for athletic training and fitness overall and led me to pursue a degree in Kinesiology, which I received in 2019. I love all things sports, so I could talk about them all day, and I also love to play them whenever I get the chance. I look forward to meeting and guiding you and look forward to seeing you reach your goals.
